International Gallery Exhibit Marks a first for WKU’s top-ranked Photojournalism Program
Dear Education Editor,
Photojournalism students brand WKU as a university with international reach. Western Kentucky University’s leading photojournalism program is releasing their first international gallery exhibit called “Beyond our Borders.”
Exhibit opens Friday, May 22 in Mass Media and Technology Hall Gallery at 4pm.
A reception will follow the opening.
This international exhibit consists of with 35 photos taken by 16 different students in 16 different countries.

About WKU Photojournalism:
WKU has won the William Randolph Hearst photojournalism championship 22 times out of 26 years.
Students have gone on to win Pulitzer Prizes, as well as, Photographer of the year for the National Press Photographers Association.
